Working with you on your management obstacles to unleash your potential and gain a great reputation as a leader

About
My motto is: Take care of your character!
Why? Because your reputation stems from it. Plus, some of your character aspects might derail your career.
It works like this:
Character ➭ Behaviour ➭ Management Approach ➭ Reputation
Not convinced? Try to think about people around you: who is appreciated more by the others? Who have more people speaking well about them? Who will have help from others if things go badly? Who is more required and
retained by great companies?
Since 2003 I have been dedicated to developing people in the private and corporate spheres, working on interpersonal and managerial skills development, self-esteem topics, and motivation.
I have been working with many clients from different fields and
situations, but almost EVERY issue they had was about something linked to some aspects of their character.
Just a few examples:
– assertiveness (too aggressive or too passive)
– not be able to put clear boundaries
– authoritativeness, self-confidence
– dealing with emotions (theirs or others)
– unsatisfaction, losing motivation, sense of meaning and scope
– time and priority management
– not having clear their values
– lack of direction
– work-life balance
– control issues
– limiting believes
… and many other topics.
Who am I to propose myself to work with you?
I know what it means to work hard on ourselves, I can understand you, and I got all the certified competencies needed to be a serious
professional, not a “pretend-to-be”.
After studying Nuclear Engineering, I worked many years in a leading IT company, starting in technical and project roles and then in a managerial one.
From that time on, I saw and lived many different and challenging situations in my life, and I always wondered what I could do to change things for the better. The more I worked for a long time on myself, the more I got interested in human empowerment.
My dedication to personal development and inner research led me to take different paths and be still intrigued and attracted by the possibilities of further growth.
