  • We will use questionnaires and surveys that we will deem adequate to the objectives
  • I will guide you in choosing your skills and strengths on which you will leverage for change

  • For each obstacle we will identify the way to overcome it: you will become aware of what happens inside you and around you, discovering why what happens and what you have to change to get what you want
  • We will develop practical steps to be implemented daily to exercise and consolidate the discoveries and changes that follow
